Job Description

- Patients seen on-site, in a treatment room located within the facility

- All scheduling and billing is completed by 360Care
- Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
- Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director
- PPE
- Provides preventative and therapeutic oral health services including teeth cleaning
- Educate patients on oral hygiene
- Maintains current and accurate clinical records and charts through electronic medical records.
- Responsible for all care and cleaning of medical equipment.
- Responsible for clean-up of service area used facility.
- Assist with patient transportation.
- Communicate effectively with all patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff.
- Provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR.
- Requires travel up to 100% of the time, within a specific radius.
- Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record, and car insurance.
- Valid dental hygiene license.
- Must have obtained or in process of obtaining appropriate certificate to practice independently.
