Partners closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan.
Opens requisitions and posts job openings.
Sources Dental Lab Technicians using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools/methods and Social Media channels.
Screens, qualifies, and makes recommendations for interviews.
Manages the candidate selection/interview process.
Manages the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations.
Dental Lab Technician / denture / removable industry experience is highly preferred
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience with full cycle recruitment, in a strategic, fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.

This is a remote recruiting position that can be based anywhere in the United States. Experience recruiting for or working in the denture lab industry is highly desired for this role.
Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 depending on experience + bonus potential
