Alfred Health Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services. Full time, one year fixed term appointment A unique opportunity exists for a motivated graduate. The Alfred, one of Melbourne’s leading tertiary hospitals, is offering a one year Hospital Dental Officer position. A position will be available at the Alfred Hospital for a first-year dental graduate with a commencement date in January 2024 for one year. The Alfred Hospital is a tertiary hospital providing services for HIV Medicine, Head & Neck Cancer, Bone Marrow Transplantation, Trauma, Burns, Hyperbaric Medicine, Adult Cystic Fibrosis, Heart & Lung Transplant, and Haemophilia. It has also provided dental services to COVID-19 patients throughout the pandemic. The Dental Unit provides inpatient and outpatient care for patients from these units and others in the hospital. The position involves the dental management of these medically compromised patients. Interested graduates should contact the Dental Unit on 9076 2107 or dental@alfred.org.au.
