      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple Outlook inboxes to assist in resolving provider inquiries from offices and internal departments
      - Assist with recruitment activities, including contacting providers for necessary documents to contract new offices
      - Verify provider information and update rosters to maintain accurate network data
      - Create agendas and take minutes for team meetings, tracking open tasks for follow-up
      - Collaborate with Network Managers to monitor and update project tracking tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental office management, managed healthcare, or dental/healthcare customer service
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a Dental PPO or DHMO environment
      - Familiarity with dental terminology and provider contract processing
      - Ability to coordinate meetings with multiple schedules
      - Experience in research and system data projects
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to utilize resources effectively
