- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

The salary range for this role is $17 - $19 per hour based on full-time employment.
