      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site assessments of billing, collections, and AR workflows to identify breakdowns and opportunities for improvement
      - Develop and implement customized action plans for improving claim submission accuracy, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting
      - Train and coach office teams on best practices in dental insurance verification, benefits breakdowns, claim follow-up, and financial reporting
      - Monitor AR aging reports and key financial metrics; provide ongoing feedback and weekly reporting to the Key Leadership Team
      - Collaborate with centralized billing teams or external partners to ensure full alignment and accountability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management, billing, or AR oversight, with at least 2 years in a leadership or training role
      - Proven ability to improve AR aging, reduce claim denials, and increase collection rates in a dental setting
      - Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, EOB interpretation, patient billing, and HIPAA compliance
      - Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
      - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
