**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Plan, arrange, support, and facilitate change management activities across the department
- Analyze and assist in the delivery of change management, IT readiness, and human-centered design
- Collaborate with agency leaders and staff to prepare and implement change strategies
- Identify, analyze, and monitor change metrics on departmental projects
- Serve as a change management consultant and facilitate discussions to set goals and track successes
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of one year of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 10 level
- Two years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst P11 level, including one year at the intermediate level in state service
- Three years of professional experience for Departmental Analyst 12 level, including one year at the experienced level in state service
- Experience in organizational change management preferred
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience facilitating groups towards common goals
- Background in creating and messaging organization-wide communications
- Experience with project management and tracking project-related metrics
- Familiarity with creating and facilitating training sessions
- Military experience may substitute for educational requirements
