As the digital marketing specialist, the position manages all aspects of MiLEAP’s Office of Higher Education (OHE) web pages. In addition, this position is responsible for the oversight of all marketing efforts for MI Student Aid, which includes website, marketing contracts, social media, digital communication, digital toolkits, and marketing publications. The specialist is responsible for highly complex assignments, with considerable impact on stakeholders’ ability to gain access to key information as they prepare financially for postsecondary education. The specialist oversees and maintains various web pages and related outlets, which includes researching, analyzing, reporting and making key decisions on web content and marketing strategy in accordance with the OHE goals and objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Position DescriptionThis position generally requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in any major and four years of professional experience. Specific information on the education and experience required for the position job specification for the Departmental Specialist class.
