What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and drive technical implementation, usage, and maintenance of cloud connected products
- Ensure functionality and value of software and hardware installations
- Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests
- Resolve complaints and improve the customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience supporting cloud connected devices
- Experience with WiFi networking
- Familiarity with cloud applications and Linux OS
- Knowledge of mechanical/robotic systems
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Mapping, Surveying, or Photogrammetry in the Utilities or Public Safety industries
- Basic software development knowledge
- Knowledge of IP networking and troubleshooting
- Experience with REST APIs and customer integrations
- Cloud certifications
