      We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Deposit Coordinator in our Omaha Office . The Deposit Coordinator will be responsible for accurately preparing and balancing daily cash receipts. Apply today if this sounds like the perfect fit for you!

      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Batch daily bank lock box cash receipts
      • Prepare daily deposit of live checks received
      • End of day balance of cash receipts
      • Input account expenses for payment
      • Assist and support Revenue Input Operators
      • Maintain quality requirements as set forth in procedures
      • Performs additional duties as assigned and required by management

      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency
      • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry process
      • 1+ year of experience in data entry or accounting
      • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, preferred
      • Experience with Microsoft Excel
      • Proficient in fast and accurate data entry using 10-key

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

      • Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
      • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 40 pounds
      • Occasionally (5%) travel within specified region on prospective client visits and to attend company/industry functions as required
