What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines related to financial services
- Proven ability to manage personnel decisions, including performance appraisals and promotions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial banking
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering regulations and compliance
- Previous experience with operational task re-engineering and efficiency maximization
