- Coordinate demand planning and material availability for all non-production DEPOT contracts
- Work directly with Program Management and Operations Value Streams
- Present status, critical path, material position, and outlooks
- Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting. Releasing production orders in MRP system and confirming in shop floor system
- Manages Kit Readiness including working with cross-functional teams in BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control
- Coordinates the kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas
- Providing production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work In Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule
- Controls the physical disposition of nonconforming or specially handled material including Return to Vendor, purged material, WIP STOP per contractual restrictions, and configuration of components/sub-assemblies as required
- Maintains the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics
- Coordinate shipments and receipts with Logistics
- Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal resources, and other Raytheon Technologies facilities
- This position will be an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience
- Experience in Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning.
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Microsoft O365
- Previous experience in Aerospace & Defense, subcontract management, or procurement
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations
- Working knowledge of Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures
- Experience collaborating across all organizational levels and interfacing with external customers.
- Experience working under deadlines and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Raytheon has an opening for a Production Control, Depot Planner at our Andover, MA facility. The successful candidate has experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in a manufacturing environment and utilizes data-driven decision making to enable effective material and workforce forecasting. This role requires daily interaction with cross functional teams, programs, and business units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include planning, production control, operations, quality, and manufacturing/test/design engineering.
The individual in this role will need to quickly develop credibility and influence, aligning the operations’ execution plan to meet critical customer deadlines with supply chain strategies and financial targets. You will foster a working environment that promotes safety, security, compliance, and quality while achieving overall customer requirements. You will actively establish, lead, and participate in continuous improvement projects within Raytheon.
