Job Description

- Basic computer knowledge on Windows and MAC

- Use SserviceNOW to keep track of hardware assets
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge with the strong desire to learn
- Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, email, and internal customer requests for technical support
- Supply, break/fix end user machines such as laptops and desktops
- Maintain hardware inventory
- Ship and receive end user machines and computer peripherals for new employee onboarding and offboarding respectively, keep a stock of the same
- Laptop imagine and preparation prior to new employee joining date
- Proactive replacement of warranty ended hardware and refurbished machines
- Strictly adhering to the defined process and 100% quality required

Onsite day 1 - Independence, KY
1. This is mandate customer location, work from office 5 days a week
2. Timings 8 AM to 5 PM EST
