Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as the Deputy Care Centre Director at their Adderley Green facility in Stoke-on-Trent. Adderley Green is a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. As the Deputy Care Centre Director, you will play a crucial role in providing strong and robust leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and promoting the well-being of residents, employees, and visitors.
Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Care Centre Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Care Centre Director in all operational functions of the service. This includes monitoring quality outcomes, developing the service, and deputizing for the Care Centre Director in attending both internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. You will need to have experience in neurological services and developing quality in previous positions. Your strong leadership qualities will be essential in fostering a culture of teamwork, encouraging potential, providing support, and driving performance and standards.

Adderley Green offers a full inter disciplinary team to support and enable residents to undergo reviews of their specific and/or changing needs and work towards targeted and monitored goals utilising nationally recognised outcome measures.
