      Responsibilities and Tasks:

      • Key Responsibilities:
        1. Security Strategy: Collaborate with the CSO and company goals, develop and implement the company's cyber security strategy and policies.

        2. Team Leadership: Lead, develop and oversee global cyber security teams, including cyber operations, security operations centers, and security personnel.

        3. Security Policies: Assist in the formulation and enforcement of security policies and procedures, working with GRC and ethics team to meet global regulation requirements.

        4. Incident Response: Participate in planning and lead executing security incident response plans to address threats effectively.

        5. Security operations center: Identify and lead global monitoring of cyber security risks and vulnerabilities, and work to mitigate these risks proactively. Experience leading global cyber investigations with relevant business partners.

        6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with global security regulations and standards applicable across global Micron locations.

        7. Cyber Security operations: Manage all cyber security operations programs and projects, collaborating with other IT and business groups.

        8. Crisis Management: Assist in developing and implementing crisis management strategies and procedures, collaborate with global respected teams including global communication and other business partners.

        9. Red Team: Lead internal and external penetration testing planning pushing for continuous improvement and vulnerability reduction.

        10. Supply chain security: Lead Micron's software supply chain security planning and implementation, support other global programs to protect Micron's physical supply chain.

        11. Vendor Management: Oversee and assess security measures of third-party vendors and contractors.

        Qualifications:
        - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminology, Business).
        - A minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.

        - At list 3 years working experience in Fortune 250 company.
        - Relevant certifications like CISSP and CISM are preferred.

        - Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing preferred.
        - Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, compliance, legislations and best practices.
        - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
        - Ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and make informed decisions.
        - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
