      Responsibilities

      Sector focused + Team management responsibilities.

      HTW Project Management:

      • Utilizing comprehensive U&A (Usage and Attitude) data to extract actionable insights assigned KBQs.
      • Design and execute governance model, identify opportunities/address issues. concerns.
      • Working with Sector team and agency for day to day project management needs (new field works, core analytical works behind the reports, time plan development and tracking etc).

      Business Question Translation:

      • Partner across sector to identify key business needs.
      • Possess a strong acumen for understanding complex business queries and adeptness in translating them into insightful workstreams.
      • Step up the all-round HTW agenda and deliverables via best-in-class partnership and integrated insights where possible.

      Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

      • Bring impactful insights partnering with sector leads and other stakeholders ensuring consumer centricity is embedded in all business decisions.
      • Demonstrate proficiency in tackling intricate problems by dissecting them into manageable components using U&A data.
      • Bringing together multisource insights into a cohesive narrative
      • Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
      • Drive cross pollination to develop cross market best practices.
      • Simple story creation from complex data structures and creating simple yet impactful presentation to land the precise insights.

      Stakeholder Management:

      • Engage in effective stakeholder management, including dotted reporting to sector teams and close collaboration with Business Units (BUs).
      • Work closely with sector and BUs to improve quality of partnership and identify and un-lock further efficiencies.
      • Act as interface to develop and harmonize best practices.
      • Ensure alignment of research efforts with organizational objectives.
      • Manage day to day relationship with stakeholders, peers and agencies (if needed)

      • Navigate seamlessly through our organization's complex matrix structure, fostering collaboration and synergy across various teams and departments.

      Leadership, Coaching and Development

      • Be more sector-focused on terms of work, but keep an oversight of the HTW team. i.e. have a hands-on role working on sector agenda + managing the other BU resources.
      • Manage team by developing talent and capabilities within team.
      • Drive the team to deliver the sector and BU agenda.
      • Set-up strong team collaboration and develop team’s story telling capabilities, lifting up insights from data points or observations to game changing, actionable insights catalysing growth.

      Qualifications

      Experience:

      • Minimum 12-13 years of experience in research, with a focus on quantitative data analysis.
      • Strong consumer insights experience - end-to-end understanding of the best-in-class research approaches
      • Some GBS or Client-side (FMCG/ CPG companies) experience will be a plus
      • Working both in at agency & at manufacturer/company side is a
      • Working in a beverage (or food and beverage) organization is a plus.
      • Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of complex data heavy projects, gained in large organizations
      • Excellent people management skills, ability to coach teams and grow talent.
      • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.

      Analytical Skills:

      • Ability to connect dots across different sources of data combined with excellent story telling skills
      • Proficient in Excel and experienced in reviewing and analysing large datasets with precision and accuracy.
      • Experience at managing multi-country / functional projects.

      Strategic Insights:

      • Previous experience in strategic insights, demand spaces, segmentation and consumer U&A is highly desirable.
      • Strong influencing skills and strategic thinker
      • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

      Communication:

      • Compelling storyteller & communicato
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
      • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing trade-offs and resolving conflict
      • Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group.
      • Solid presentational skills.

      Adaptability:

      • Independence and action-oriented way or working
      • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, managing demand across different Bus
