What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight of operational and programmatic functions, leveraging regional Site Leads and supervising Program Management Office (PMO) staff
- Manage subcontractor funding requirements, maintaining schedules and coordinating funding modifications
- Validate labor and travel costs on government invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as the program’s Security Manager, tracking personnel clearance status and coordinating with corporate security
- Supervise administrative functions, including timecard validation and management of travel/expense reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of general experience in organization, management, and administration
- Experience in operating administrative or managerial activities in the IT sector
- Specialized experience in IT support, subcontractor management, and financial forecasting
- Top Secret clearance required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and understanding of the Navy’s Chain of Command
- Experience with enterprise financial, performance, and recruiting systems
- Strong ability to manage numerous tasks and projects across large geographic distances
