What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the program manager in executing contracted work and monitoring deliverables
- Verify the quality of work and manage schedules to ensure timely responses to government information requests
- Utilize project/program management skills to support day-to-day operations for an R&D, acquisition, and sustainment team
- Oversee quality control and process development for integrated database systems in a DoD environment
- Coordinate and lead government and industry working groups and communities of practice
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (or higher)
- Experience overseeing quality control and process development in a DoD environment
- Understanding of program execution, deliverables management, and key performance indicators
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) years of experience in Program Management for DoD programs
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level I Certification
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ScrumMaster Certification
- Knowledge of DoD distributed learning initiatives and policies
