      Job Description: Resources acquisition and management within project budget. Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics. Create the conditions to enable effectively working teams. (A balanced team) Apply applicable SE QA and project management procedures. Responsible for ensuring data accuracy of the Delivery Resource forecast Ensures optimum utilization of resources assigned on projects. (In line with set targets) Continually evaluates assigned resources on the project in terms of skills and competency and provide feedback to the respective manager of the resource for resolution. Draft and negotiate subcontracts for sub-contractors and sub-vendors to make sub-contracts with true flow down of Terms & Conditions Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction Managing the interest of all stakeholders (Customer, Schneider Electric, suppliers, etc) in the project. Ensures full compliance with all SE global processes and tools. Working with Engineering and program management, establishes long and short-range engineering requirements. Request the support of the Staging and the technicians for assembly / testing from the engineering manager. (Managing the requirements and resources of Staging Area for assembly/testing activities.) Since the role is to make team performance better than individual performance, understand the strengths and development needs of every individual, and coach team to put people in the right roles for success. Continuous Engagement with the Engineering and Program Manager’s to ensure: - That the processes are followed, That Project resource needs are anticipated, The on-going balance of Engineering resources (experience vs inexperience) on the Project. Project risks are anticipated from past experience and supporting the mitigation of those risks. that coaching is timely. Pro-actively draft letters correspondences to customer documenting delays, cost impact etc emanating from customer side. Liaise with project key team members to keep pulse of project progress and issues faced. Support program/project manager on risk and opportunity identification and management. Participate in project reviews, propose and support mitigation actions as required. Assisting the project manager in the cost and value reconciliation of the project with particular focus on variation/ claim forecasting. Coach the team members on all contract management related matters. Deploy corporate tools, templates, processes, systems, and guidelines. The Potential candidate, without supervision, proactively co-ordinates with all stakeholders, gathers data and compiles variation requests/proposals for approval in compliance with the relevant contract terms. Participate or organize internal meetings and meetings with external contract partners Education: University and/or business school and/or engineer degree/diploma: Master's degree or equivalent BAC+5, business administration, international trade and/or law Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience working in EPC / end user environment preferably for Control System / Cyber security side of projects. Skillset: Fluent in English language (written and spoken) Hands on experience of resources acquisition and management as per project requirements Hands on experience of drafting contractual letters Hands on experience of drafting and negotiating subcontracts for subcontractors with flow down of contract terms of conditions. Leadership and Communication skills to lead discussion with end user and EPC team member to achieve targets. Drive for Results. Coach and develop others.
