      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct provision of ongoing guardianship services to OPGC clients
      - Investigate the need for guardianship and prepare petitions and motions
      - Testify in proceedings and develop public guardianship services
      - Coordinate and refine public guardianship services
      - Serve as a court-appointed public guardian for adults at risk

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related field
      - 4 years of experience coordinating or administering social service programs
      - Valid driver's license and certification as a guardian within 6 months of hire
      - Ability to handle varied caseloads and maintain confidentiality
      - Experience in providing advocacy for individuals with cognitive deficits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification by the National Center for Guardianship Certification
      - Experience in finance, social services, or as a licensed Social Worker
      - Professional experience working with individuals with diminished decision-making capacity
