      Responsibilities
      • Analyse the regulatory framework and requirements to establish and maintain the risk management framework.
      • Conduct daily monitoring, review, and analysis of alerts; ensure timely and appropriate resolution of incidents or risk events.
      • Prepare and deliver accurate risk reports and findings to supervisors in a timely manner.
      • Implement and maintain risk policies and procedures in alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
      • Provide risk analysis and investigative support by conducting tests on risk strategies and incident cases as required.
      • Conduct periodic stress tests of trading instruments and default funds of derivatives trading.
      • Prepare the periodic and ad-hoc risk related notifications and reports to the regulator.
      • Closely work with the corporation risk management team to maintain the product risk assessments of derivatives products.


      Requirements
      • You’re curious and passionate about Cryptocurrency/Trading.
      • 5 year+ working experience in risk management of derivatives trading. Preferably with regulated exchanges or Clearing Houses.
      • Good knowledge of market risk management and counterparty risk management.
      • Ability to analyse complex data, model risks and forecast trends.
      • Effectively present complex information including various audiences.
      • Great written skills in English to prepare formal reports to the regulators and senior managers.
      • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work effectively in remote settings.
