      The Dermatology Department is located in the Shopping Mall, Luton. We offer our own car parking and are conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our team is friendly and supportive, comprising doctors and nurses. As a unique Dermatology Unit based in the community, we provide dedicated space with 8 clinic rooms and two biopsy rooms, shared with Sexual Health and Phlebotomy.

      Main duties of the job

      Key Duties of the Role

      The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

      • Delivering Phototherapy treatments

      • Administering Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)

      • Conducting Patch Testing for dermatological conditions

      • Managing patients with eDermatology referrals

      • Providing care for leg ulcers and related wound management

      In addition to clinical duties, the role will involve:

      • Teaching and mentoring junior staff

      • Providing support and guidance across the nursing team

      This is a multifaceted position suited to a clinician who is confident in delivering specialist dermatology care while contributing to education and team development.
