What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to create beautiful interior spaces by recommending furniture and accessories
- Provide in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to understand customers' needs and preferences
- Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of furniture placements in customers' homes
- Assist sales consultants in closing transactions by leveraging design expertise
- Maintain knowledge of various furniture styles and keep consistent sales levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field; or 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for in-home appointments
- Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Room Planner software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move more than 20 pounds regularly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASID certification
- Proficiency in full-shot image software
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment
