      Description

      About the Role:
      We are seeking a talented and strategic Design Director to support creative direction and design execution for a well-established lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for overseeing the visual identity of the company’s print and digital assets, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms. The Design Director will lead a team of designers, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with the brand’s vision and business objectives
      • Provide leadership and creative direction to the design team, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all brand materials
      • Support the development of product, packaging, marketing collateral, digital assets, and visual design
      • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement and sales
      • Oversee design concepts for paid media ads/performance marketing campaigns, ensuring assets are optimized for multiple platforms
      • Coordinate design assets for web and email campaigns utilizing platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo
      • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of design excellence
      • Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
      • Strong portfolio showcasing a sophisticated visual aesthetic and diverse range of design work with experience in the fashion or home space
      • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and delegate effectively
      • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools
      • Familiarity with designing for performance marketing, paid media campaigns, web assets, and email campaigns on Shopify and Klaviyo
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to stakeholders at all levels
      • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field
