- Using CAD software to design these custom patient implants.
- Working collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including regulatory, quality, engineer standards, manufacturing, and sterility.
- Understanding the anatomy of the body through courses to help you learn.
- Bachelors Degree, Biomedical or Mechanical preferred.
- 0+ years of product design experience.
- Experience in CAD.
- Knowledge of design controls and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Stryker is seeking to hire a Design Engineer to support Stryker Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Division. This role is hybrid, with a preference of 3 days per week in the office, at our Mahwah, NJ location.

As a Design Engineer, you will be working on our Patient Specific Solutions team. This team provides surgeons the options they need to successfully treat very complex cases. You will work to design and develop patient specific implants, where a patient may not have other options.
