      We are looking for Design Engineer, Product Data KICS (Electrical,ISE) to join our “ Product Data KICS (Electrical,ISE) “team specialized in component creation and Item creation.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Konecranes uses Zuken E3 (Electrical CAD) software for crane designing. There is need to create items in the Konecranes’ data management system which keeps all technical information for a particular electrical component (E3 software).
      • Being a member of Product Data KICS Electrical, responsibility is to create Items in our data management system & to create the Electrical symbols and model for E3 software library.
      • For the item/component creation work, good knowledge of the electrical component is necessary. i.e. motor, inverters, PLC components, lighting system, single line diagrams, cable lists, terminal list & wire connection diagrams etc
      • To Maintain quality results by following standards; studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
      • Serving internal customers of Konecranes across the globe by understanding their requirements and specifications of electrical components
      • Handle newly added and obsolete items and revisions of existing items in PLM system for End of Life.

      What we expect from you:

      • Bachelor’s / master’s in electrical engineering with at least 2 to 4 years’ experience.
      • A Team player

      • Problem solving and Decision making
      • Verbal and written communication plays a key role in this position
      • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with team to resolve them when necessary.
      • Requires very good understanding on working principles for various electrical components like protective devices, electrical switchgears, frequency drives and motor controls etc.
      • Proficiency with electric design software (E3 schematic, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar), Team Center PLM, Microsoft office tools.
      • Awareness of ISO 14001 and 450001 standards
