      Essential Duties and Responsibilities
      General Responsibilities
      • Oversee all aspects of the design process from the design deposit through the Pre-construction Meeting
      • Manage design schedule timeline and ensure projects meet deadlines
      • Oversee material ordering: accuracy, timely delivery, and proper staging
      • Foster and promote a positive company culture • Evaluate project feasibility and provide detailed discovery for making them possible
      • Ensure design quality and explain construction details to customers
      Reporting:
      • Provide weekly Design Schedule Report (flight schedule), indicating projects on or behind schedule
      • Report weekly on the percentage of on-time job completions
      • Update throughput schedule based on design timelines
      • Update sales numbers and projections weekly at Leadership L10 meeting
      Meetings:
      • Weekly Design Schedule Meeting (Flight Schedule) to review timeliness and forecast
      • Weekly Leadership L10 Meeting
      • Weekly Pre-Production L10 Meeting
      • Weekly Construction Meeting to discuss in-production job progress and any current issues
      • Monthly WIP Review with Nick Jr. and the Production Manager
      Accountability:
      • Ensure customer satisfaction, targeting an average score of 4.5 or higher
      • Maintain greater than 90% on-time design schedule
      • Meet job profitability goals with an average GP% of 38%-42%
      • Promote team culture, with at least three monthly nominations for internal recognition
      • Participate in peer reviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement
