What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Wearables team as a Design Program Manager, collaborating with design and art teams
- Assess project needs, scope, and approaches to ensure successful project execution
- Build and manage project roadmaps, delegating tasks to designers for effective project management
- Work alongside leadership to uphold quality standards for design and art teams
- Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Art Director, and Managers, maintaining strong interactions with creative leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in program management, specifically with design-related projects
- Senior-level experience as a Digital Program Manager (DPM) or Producer in a studio model
- Strong background in art and design
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- A portfolio showcasing design and art production work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with motion projects, UI/UX, and design systems
- Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) projects
- Fashion experience, particularly in supporting wearable technology or fashion-related projects
- Passion or interest in fashion, with relevant project examples
