In this role you will act as the key business contact for all cross functional partner teams from project intake through to delivery and are ultimately responsible for keeping projects on track in scope and timely delivery. You will actively collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional peers to establish and implement packaging processes and facilitate sign off. You will also be responsible for identifying resource requirements for WW APB Packaging.
Key job responsibilities
Independently scopes requirements for re-branding packaging across Private Brands in line with the new brand roll outs.
• Scopes resource required and identifies path for resourcing, i.e. in house vs. external agency partners for resourcing.
• Develops process for packaging with cross functional partners from packaging design (technical), creative directors, business and marketing partners.
• Implements process including relevant mechanisms into APB marketing and develops reporting to update APB leads. Is responsible for drafting X-BR Updates and kingpin goals.
• Manages packaging process and project end-to-end to a high standard. Identifies risks to key deliverables early and re-prioritizes accordingly. If required, also identifies additional support needed from other operations partners and provides model for sharing the workload between members.
• Manages integration of currently external work streams into CD&O and the transition period.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate the size of a project, prioritize and is able to put the right people in the room, exhibits a high degree of self-driven organization, with the ability to provide and maintain structure for competing, fast moving priorities. The candidate will be an effective, concise and clear communicator (verbal and written), with proven track record of effective meeting management and earning trust.

London, GBR- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
