      Design Release Engineer / Application Engineer Intern

      Mission of the Role: Satisfy our OEM customers by delivering quality products in timely manner to support their program launches.

      Key Objectives of this Role: Meet customer deliverable objectives by Developing, Analyzing, Debugging and delivering products. Diagnosing existing issues to find the root cause. Flashing and updating SW to fix problems.

      Key Performance Indicators: Logging defects after testing, completing reports for tests being done. Modifying and designing test cases. Completing assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.

      Key Deliverables: Develop test procedures, generate reports for tests conducted. Approvals from customer on various stages of sign off and reports.

      Qualification, Experience and Skills: We work on Embedded electronics, so basic electronics and circuit analysis. Knowledge of network communication especially CAN, or Ethernet. Solid understanding of Software Development and life cycle management; including tools for defect tracking and sprint planning and management. Be process oriented in completing tasks. Soft skills: Being able to communicate well with various nationalities especially workers outside America. Good organization and ability to work on urgent high priority tasks.

      • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems and or Electrical Engineering.

      • 2+ years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.

      • Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
