  Design Solution Specialist

  Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

  As a Design Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in closing priority opportunities as well as working to strengthen relationships in priority design centers with our top clients in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division Mexico. In this role, you will be able to collaborate with global leaders from both 3M and our main clients with the goal of specifying the product solutions we offer in design centers and facilities in Mexico.

  The impact you will make in this role

  • You will lead the technical and commercial efforts for the follow up of priority opportunities in the north region.

  • You will drive the portfolio of Industrial adhesives and tapes in the design centers of the priorities customers in the north region.

  • You will implement the most important

  • You will motivate the sales team to enhance their technical and commercial attributes to accelerate the closing of high impact projects.

  Your Skills and Expertise

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Professional Degree title

  • Experience Industrial Sector

  • English 100%

  • Knowledge in technical sales

  • Self-directed

  Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Commercial and technical knowledge in bonding solutions using adhesives and tapes for the automotive, transportation, appliances and general industry markets.
