Main responsibilities:
• Designs solutions for new markets (geographies / customers) jointly with business development & operations / operations excellence teams;
• Experience with projects for companies in the renewables sector;
• Investigates and works on developing and supporting value generation;
• Lead MPL E2E Solution Design for customer pursuits that require advanced logistic projects design knowhow;
• Quote E2E project cargo solutions;
• Investigates, developing and supporting Maersk’ customers based on value generation;
• Build up value proposition based on customer needs;
• Develop a strong service providers network that enables diversified and competitive solution options;
• Create a network with other areas such as operations, finance, customer experience and commercial in order to achieve operations feasibility;
• Good and clear communication by explaining technical aspects to other areas or customer;
• To be resilient when short deadlines or fast response time is necessary;
• Good analytical thinking, self-motivated and strong adaptability to different scenarios;
• Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution;
• Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions;
