  Overview of the Design Studio Specialist role

  You will inspire customers to express themselves in their homes, assist with sales, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.

  Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients through design expertise during in-store and in-home consultations to drive sales.
  2. Conduct in-home consultations, including measuring and assessing living spaces.
  3. Create and present design plans based on client needs and preferences.
  4. Stay informed about current sales and promotions to meet sales goals.
  5. Provide exemplary customer service, including gift wrapping, registry, order management, and special services.
  6. Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design studio assortment.

  Criteria

  • Strong communication, clienteling, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage complex orders across sales channels.
  • Design experience preferred.
  • Proven multitasking abilities.
  • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with retail experience preferred.

  Physical Requirements

  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time with weekend and weekday shifts as needed.
