- Assist clients through design expertise during in-store and in-home consultations to drive sales.
- Conduct in-home consultations, including measuring and assessing living spaces.
- Create and present design plans based on client needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about current sales and promotions to meet sales goals.
- Provide exemplary customer service, including gift wrapping, registry, order management, and special services.
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
- Strong communication, clienteling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage complex orders across sales channels.
- Design experience preferred.
- Proven multitasking abilities.
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, with retail experience preferred.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time with weekend and weekday shifts as needed.
