Know a little more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare to transform. Responsibilities The Opportunity PepsiCo is working to build and embed a new capability referred to as DTV (Design to Value). DTV is a cross functional process (stretching across marketing, procurement, commercial, etc.) and facilitated through an end-to-end functional agonistic perspective. The process starts with leveraging fact-based insights reached through an integrated digital ecosystem that are then leveraged in a cross-functional working team sessions over a period of 16 weeks with the expectation to launch/pilot new ideas in market post workshops The DTV OU Leader will play a key role in the development, ongoing management, and overall strategic guidance of this new transformational capability across Brazil that is expected to deliver significant value to PepsiCo over the next 5 years. This role will play a critical role in building Design to Value from the start, leading a multifunctional team in order to map and implement NR improvement, cost reduction and sustainability initiatives per product. In supporting these initiatives, this role will build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across the senior leadership to ensure a holistic and sustainable approach. It will include owning the planning, decision-making, and execution of DTV sprints. Your Impact As Design to Value Director your scope would consist of Lead a multifunctional team (R&D + Procurement + Finance + Insights + Marketing + Operations) to map and implement DTV initiatives Execute key projects within allocated budget and resources Actively track & report value delivery and support continuous improvement efforts to ensure the function contributes to productivity goals Identify bottlenecks that require escalation and mitigation Present status of status of the OU efforts to PBF’s ExComm and to Sector DTV lead Act as a champion and change agent in leading the DTV initiatives required to generate value to PBF Leverage and maintain standardized processes, playbooks, and toolkits to scope and run DTV sprints Partner with Sector DTV Lead to establish consistent DTV priorities, operating models, and capability standards Share best practices and govern performance throughout DTV program Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? At least 10 years of experience as an effective employee in Strategy, Consultant firms or Investment Banks.
