  Responsibilities

  Desktop Administrator Position Summary:

  • Front-line resource responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructure
  • Excellent opportunity for self-starter to learn and implement new technologies
  • Other duties as assigned

  Environment:

  • Windows Server
  • Windows Desktop
  • Microsoft Office/Exchange 365

  This is an on-site position.

  Qualifications

  Qualified candidates for the Desktop Administrator Position should possess the following:

  • Working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
  • Desire to learn and implement new technologies.
  • 24/7 availability required
  • Limited travel

  Must Have:

  • High School Education, College a plus
  • Good work ethics and ability to work independently
  • Strong working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active Directory
  • Experience with Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting/Upgrading

  Nice to Have:

  • VMware experience
  • Windows Server
  • Exchange
  • Cisco IOS
