- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Information Technology, Information Systems or a similar program.
- Understanding of the Windows workstation OS 2
- Troubleshooting skills for software and hardware problems
- PowerShell scripting experience or experience with another scripting or programming language Understanding of PC hardware
- Understanding of MacOS
- Basic understanding of Group Policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Knowledge of Intune Understanding of Networking and firewall concepts
- Exceptional ability to convey ideas, thoughts, and information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring the successful completion of projects while being mindful of all deadlines.
- Ability to work with people within and outside the group, including cross-functional partners
- Intern program begins May 20, 2024 and ends August 2, 2024.
- All internships are based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
- A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the possibility of additional in-office days if programming or meetings are scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays.
- $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
What you will do:
As an intern on our team, you will assist in managing large groups of workstations and providing essential support in a corporate Windows environment. Your responsibilities will include updating and patching vulnerabilities across our workstation infrastructure while actively participating in the maintenance and enhancement of our deployment processes. You'll also play a key role in supporting our mobile device fleet, consisting of Android and IOS devices, as well as assisting with the management of Mac devices within our environment.
