Job Description

- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals and software
- Schedule and execute PC upgrades and refreshes; document existing system configurations and ensure proper transition
- Provide support for all end-user applications; coordinate with global second-level teams for global app issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows 10/11, macOS, and Android OS platforms
- Manage IT assets, perform printer support including driver setup, network configuration, and coordination with vendors
- Provide onsite and remote support for end users across various departments and locations
- Maintain and manage ticket queues, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
- Create and maintain documentation for standard installations, configurations, and procedures (KB/KEDB/SOPs)
- Support and coordinate with third-party vendors for warranty repairs and hardware support
- Provide IT support for on-site/off-site meetings, events, and disaster recovery situations
- Collaborate with Level 3 and project teams for enhancements and upgrades
- Conduct Active Directory user/group management, including DNS, Group Policy, and basic networking/firewall configurations
- Deliver 2nd line technical support, incident management, and problem resolution
- Follow ITIL-based processes and ensure compliance with service management protocols
