- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience working in support of end-user computing services.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 and productivity software, iPhones/iPad, Dell/HP hardware.
- PC/Laptop imaging, provisioning/deprovisioning, and patching
- Experience working within a service desk ticketing system.
- Provide Break-fix and IMAC support for all Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment like Desktops, Laptops & Mobile devices reported at the Tech-Bar/Kiosk
- Experience in ServiceNow extensively for incident management and resolution.

- Knowledge of inventory management using CMDB or manual methods for tracking and organizing assets.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including user management and authentication troubleshooting.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
