What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field and manage tickets through ServiceNow, including assignments and direct contacts
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware to all staff
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and workstation hardware
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and communicate technical information effectively
- Participate in projects related to end-user technologies and document technical issues in assigned tickets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years’ experience in a corporate helpdesk role
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge (Protocols, TCP/IP, Subnets)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow experience
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications
- Microsoft Certified Windows virtual desktop specialty
- Apple certified JAMF 100 course completion or equivalent experience with macOS, iOS, and JAMF Pro
- Experience with device configuration, app deployment, and mobile device management (MDM)
