- Provide desktop and hardware support
- Work at the direction of the customer and follow directives
- Troubleshoot desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems and desktop software
- Perform Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting
- Proficient using Windows registry
- Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue:
- Printers
- Office 365

- Desktop imaging
- Prioritize several concurrent issues
- Track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory
- Previous experience with tracking, maintaining, and organizing inventory in an enterprise environment
- Minimum 2 to 3+ years of IT experience providing desktop support
- Experienced imaging laptops and desktops
- Experienced with O365, Windows 1/11, mobile devices
- Experienced following SOPs
- Strong customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ not required but nice to have

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Houston, Texas. This is a 4 to 6 month contract opportunity.

Wage Range :
The hourly rate for this position is between $22.50 - $33.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
