Entry-Level Deskside Support Technician
Location: Arkansas City, KS 67005
Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23-24/hour

Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, entry-level deskside support role providing technical assistance to end users. The technician will handle:

• PC/Laptop break/fix support
• PC refresh activities
• Smart Hands support
• Working with non-standard images

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a deskside or IT support role preferred
• Drug and Background screening
• Reliable transportation
