What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound requests for support through various channels, including chat, telephone, and email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 issues with personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Respond to user requests and inquiries regarding computer systems
- Acknowledge receipt of user requests within defined service levels and initiate service orders
- Maintain user information and documentation while ensuring ticket closure for client requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong telephone etiquette skills
- Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of network, server, and desktop administration fundamentals
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications related to technical support or IT
