What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic incentive travel program solutions
- Lead the RFP and proposal process, ensuring compelling content that highlights attendee experiences
- Conduct research on destinations, venues, and trends to create immersive travel experiences
- Manage site selection, pricing negotiations, and contract development with professionalism
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure program success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience in the incentive travel industry or incentive program design
- Strong creative design and copywriting skills
- College degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Business preferred
- Ability to travel internationally for site inspections and industry events (up to 15%)
- Capacity to work remotely under the supervision of a remote Manager/Director
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in international and domestic incentive travel purchasing
- Proven track record in proposal development for incentive programs
- Previous participation in industry events and networking opportunities
- Familiarity with technology implementation and event analytics
- Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness in client interactions
