      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop applications using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, performing coding and configuration management
      - Implement Break/Fix solutions to maintain smooth operation of systems
      - Organize, build, and validate all segments of code for final User Acceptance Testing
      - Determine optimal approaches for application code development and problem resolution
      - Provide operational support services, including minor bug fixes and major enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on software development experience in React.js, Python, and C#.NET
      - Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
      - Training or certification related to the assigned work will be credited towards experience or education substitution
      - Pre-employment background check and potential drug test required for certain agencies
      - Ability to travel within the state as needed for the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience with SQL
