Senior Ab Initio Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-

-Ab Initio Developers who have a minimum of 10 yrs of experience in Meta Data Hub experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using the Ab Initio platform.

-Developers are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications, participation in unit testing and maintenance of planned and unplanned internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products.

-Informatica Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.

-Developers are assigned to moderately complex development projects. A Developer will be well versed in data quality processes and data governance procedures to ensure data is fit for consumption

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Ab Initio: Proficiency in developing and deploying Ab Initio data graphs, metadata management, and job

scheduling.

• SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Unix Shell Scripting: Experience with Bash or other shell scripting languages for automation and system

administration.

• Data Warehousing: Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing principles, and dimensional modeling.

• ETL Experience: Experience with ETL tools and processes, including ETL design, development, and testing.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data integration issues.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 a year
