      Enterprise Observability/AIOps

      Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
      Strong hands-on experience on designing and building Enterprise Observability and AIOps platform.
      Familiarity with Splunk and / or other cloud monitoring tools, including APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, and RUM
      At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in:
      o Enterprise monitoring system (such as SignalFX, Splunk, Dynatrace, Nimsoft, Data dog, nPulse, Thousand Eyes, Solarwind, Broadcom)
      o Enterprise logging platform (such as ElasticSearch, Splunk Observability Cloud, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Data dog)
      o AIOps Platform, Servicenow ITOM.
      o Automation scripting (such as Ansible, Terraform, Powershell, etc)
      Good understanding of cloud monitoring tools on AWS, Azure and GCP
      Demonstrate strong knowledge in both application and infrastructure domain with ability to develop automation script
      Possess good technical knowledge in implementing, troubleshoot, performance tuning of hardware,
      operating system and system services.

      Roles & Responsibilities
      Gathering requirements for designing the observability solution for the in scope applications.
      Designing the end to end Observability solution and reviewing with relevant stakeholders.
      Configuring the solution in Splunk Observability platform and design dashboards.
      Configure alerts and notifications based on defined thresholds.

      Salary Range- $130,000-$150,000 a year
