Learn and understand all aspects of asset managing real estate through its lifecycle – acquisition/development, business plan implementation, stabilization and disposition
Assist in the monitoring of investments, including the maintenance, the analysis and the review of monthly/quarterly reports, construction progress metrics, operating performance, development costs and other KPS again underwriting/budget
Develop working knowledge and lease agreement to assist with project tracking and oversight responsibilities
Work with multiple teams to audit and maintain proprietary databases and reporting dashboard for accurate and timely reporting
Analyze project sustainability, wellness and smart building specifications against programmatic goals and portfolio wide performance benchmarks
Understand and be exposed to all aspects of asset managing real estate through its lifecycle—acquisition/development, business plan implementation, stabilization, and disposition
Work collaboratively and provide support, assistance, and back-up to other team members
Completing a university degree with a major in Real Estate, Finance and Economics, Real Estate Development, or Business. Pursuing a graduate degree in one of these fields will be considered an asset
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Argus Enterprise a plus.
Previous experience working within a real estate company (asset management or development), real estate brokerage or advisory firm, appraisal firm, or real estate lender is desirable. A strong interest in developing a career within real estate is essential.

We are actively looking for a Summer Analyst Intern, Development & Asset Management to join our team Summer 2024. This position will be based in New York and report directly to the Vice President, Asset Management. This role will support QuadReal’s International teams in providing analytical support for multiple asset types (multifamily, office, industrial and student housing) in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
