      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in developing funding growth through data analysis, systems training, and reporting
      - Serve as the first point of contact for community inquiries, responding via phone and written correspondence
      - Coordinate gift processing and ensure adherence to bundling procedures
      - Monitor and update data hygiene to maintain quality records
      - Assist with onboarding of new fundraisers and provide ongoing training on systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - At least 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Excel and comfortable with CRM and data analysis tools such as PowerBI
      - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with gift processing and fundraising operations
      - Familiarity with nonprofit sector or humanitarian services
      - Previous training experience, especially in a system-related context
      - Knowledge of data hygiene practices and relevant software applications
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
