Construction & Operations APAC> Construction AUNZThis position will help assist in the management and commercial growth of wind turbine projects, providing wind farm execution experience into the project development phase.
Work closely with the project development team, contracts, logistics, engineering, construction site management other support functions and external service providers leading to project approval and then potentially into execution.Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Responsibilities:
• Broad Project Management
• Client relationship development and management
• Subcontractor management
• Project risk management
• Preparation of management plans , incorporating EHS requirements at all levels
Qualifications:• Preferred wind experience
• A relevant Engineering degree qualification
• Certification in a relevant field: PRINCE2, PMP, Six Sigma, PMI or similarCompetencies:
• Experience as a Project Manager of wind farm construction projects.
• Significant experience in Project managing EPC projects within a major infrastructure environment
• Proven performance in working in teams and achieving results
• Solid communication skills (verbal, active listening, written, meeting management, presentation)
• Experience in Contract and claim management, risk management, negotiations, and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to set and coordinate budgets and resources
• Strong negotiation skills and technique with both clients and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and ability to build & nurture relationships with stakeholdersWhat we offer:
