Development of SPICE models for active and passive covering base band, high voltage, RF for GF technologies
Utilize machine learning to enhance the efficiency and productivity of compact model development
Lead model development project with emphasis on methodology enhancement and lesson learned.
Drive best practices in model extraction, QA/ validation & QA flow across model organizations
Coordinate cross-functional teams (SPICE lab/ PDK/ Device/ Process/ DM/ Layout) to executive PDK/model related projects & resolve PDK/model related issues
Working closely with lab engineers on the device characterization, Data analysis and Model Hardware Correlation
Work with measurement and layout teams on modeling testchip generation to enable testing of wafers across different work sites/ regions
Provide technical support on customers' queries on SPICE model & help to resolve model related issues in a timely manner
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Education –. PhD/ master's in electrical engineering or physics
Experience - At least 3 years of industry experience and expertise in CMOS device modeling
Must have in-depth Semiconductor device physics knowledge
Expertise with SPICE level simulators such as HSPICE, SPECTRE
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Excellent ability to meet tight deadlines, commitments and deliver customer requirements
Experience in a foundry environment supporting SPICE modeling across multiple technology nodes and products
Experience in Machine learning with Python script.
Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range
$91,600.00 - $170,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
